B. After we verify your eligibility, we'll call you and make an appointment to meet.
C. Make a copy of your doctor's recommendation and your California ID card.
D. When we meet you must sign the Membership Agreement and Membership Rules.
E. Once all paperwork is signed and we have the required documents, you can obtain our services at that time.
